Under Jiangsu's smart shipping framework and 14th Five-Year Plan objectives, this project integrates port management with IT to establish an intelligent, secure, and shared port information service. Through a unified system architecture, it consolidates shoreline resources, enterprise operations, and scheduling data into a comprehensive platform with standardized interfaces and permissions, while implementing dynamic data maintenance mechanisms.

     Project challenges include achieving refined full-process management, handling extended development cycles, integrating GIS mapping functions, and ensuring seamless multi-system interoperability. The project involves data management and coordination across dozens of roles including multiple departments, enterprises, and shipping agencies, making data consistency management a significant challenge. Different departments and channels may use varied data sources and management methods, leading to inconsistencies; meanwhile, the system processes and transmits substantial sensitive data, making security and privacy protection critical.

     Our development team established unified data standards and management processes to enhance data normalization. Throughout implementation, we strengthened system security considerations and protective measures to ensure data safety and reliability.
