Service to Scope: Development and application of smart beam factory management platform

CDG Yancheng Smart Beam Factory is Jiangsu’s first industrialized R&D base for smart transportation manufacturing, focusing on prefabricated bridge and highway components. Delauney developed a smart beam factory system with WEB, mobile, and large screens for full-process management of progress, quality, safety, equipment, and personnel, creating a digital closed-loop from material entry to component delivery and on-site service.

     The project's challenge lies in constructing a real-time data-driven, fully-element digital twin factory to achieve digital and visual closed-loop management throughout the production process, and to implement precise traceability management of components based on a one-object-one-code system. Facing fierce competition, the factory optimizes material management, site control, and quality to reduce waste, shorten cycles, and enhance quality, promoting lean manufacturing.

     With deep highway and BIM expertise, the Delauney team integrates digital twin, IoT, and big data to build an smart system combining hardware and software, delivering practical smart applications that improve production quality, efficiency, and safety.
