This project serves as a key vehicle for the World Bank project and is one of the major initiatives in Yunnan's Thirteenth Five-Year Plan. It utilizes various application support systems from the World Bank project to achieve cross-departmental and cross-regional data convergence and integration for the provincial highway industry.

     Challenges include achieving EPC model collaboration, deep data integration, and hardware-software unified integration. The project requires merging highway emergency system data from 16 prefectures in Yunnan, incorporating diverse communication methods such as traditional, miniaturized, and microwave communications, which significantly increases complexity.

     Our team provides integrated hardware-software design and engineering services, enabling smarter system decision-making, more intelligent road network management, more efficient coordinated response, and more humanized information services. This facilitates the owner's transition from operating independently within Yunnan's highway sector to coordinating comprehensive transportation systems.
