Based on new generation information technologies such as artificial intelligence, a comprehensive maintenance management service system is formed around the entire lifecycle of rural road construction, maintenance, management, and operation, which includes intelligent perception, analysis, control, and services. 

     The project's challenges lie in tackling a wide range of data sources and an extremely large volume of data, while achieving breakthroughs and advancing in the field of innovation.The system adopts big data and other technologies to collect rural road management and maintenance data, real-time online data, etc., to solve the problem of "data island" of rural roads; based on spatial analysis and visualization technology, a visualization decision-making platform of GIS + three-dimensional scene modeling is built to solve the problem of insufficient spatial perception of rural roads; Based on AI intelligent perception equipment, an intelligent decision-making system for full-chain maintenance is constructed, which solves the problem that the management process is not closed-loop, and realizes all-weather real-time alarm in advance, automatic generation and directional push of maintenance schemes in the event, process traces after the event and intelligent assessment of maintenance performance.
