To accelerate the Shandong Demonstration Zone of Transportation Power, drive digital upgrade of industry governance, and enhance digital government service capabilities, the Shandong Transportation Smart Brain (Phase I) project is being implemented. It establishes a deeply integrated and effectively managed industry data foundation, constructing a unified technical architecture with data mid-end, business mid-end, and technical mid-end as the digital foundation. This promotes Shandong's transportation industry into a new development stage characterized by data empowerment, collaborative governance, scientific decision-making, and integrated services, fully supporting the Shandong Demonstration Zone of Transportation Power and creating a Qilu model of transportation power.

     The project faces significant challenges as China's first large-scale transportation industry Smart Brain initiative. It covers extensive construction scope and requires integration across domains, departments, and levels in operations, data, and technology. The advanced technical framework follows a "mid-end + microservices" model to enable efficient coordination and resource reuse across business sub-domains under top-level domains.

     Leveraging accumulated transportation industry expertise, China Design Group provides high-quality software development and on-site engineering services. As a transportation industry think tank, it contributes domain knowledge and capabilities to support core features including the digital-intelligent full-scenario traffic operator library and digital-intelligent full-business traffic service engine.
