Client: Suzhou Aviation Industry Development Group Co., Ltd
Location:Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province
Inspection Scope: The whole city of Suzhou
Work Period: October 2024 – October 2025
Service to Scope: Networked Drone Hangar Deployment, Multi-Source Perception Fusion, AI-Powered Law Enforcement, Minute-Level Emergency Dispatch
There are many blind spots, slow response, and weak law enforcement in the governance of the ancient city of Suzhou. Build the country's first low-altitude governance system, and create the first "hangar networking, air-space-ground AI integration" model, to achieve 90% automatic identification and minute-level response to 27 types of violations.
The project navigates dual imperatives: maintaining heritage district safety protocols while establishing comprehensive drone hangar networks for aerial urban governance. It is necessary to overcome five major problems: safety inspection of the ancient city restricted flight area, real-time fusion of multi-source data, AI adaptation of small samples of Suzhou style, UAV law enforcement compliance demonstration, and collaborative disposal across 11 departments.
Relying on the dual qualifications of UAV airworthiness certification and AI algorithm, we have broken through the three-dimensional obstacle avoidance technology of narrow alleys and Wu cultural buildings, formulated 3 national standards, reduced labor costs by 70% and improved disposal efficiency by 5 times, forming a replicable "Suzhou model".
