This initiative implements urban air mobility demonstration directives through exploratory low-altitude infrastructure development, aiming to transition pilot programs into replicable operational models.
The project confronts time-sensitive prototyping requirements requiring multi-system interoperability solutions alongside certification frameworks development. Our technical framework pioneers Suzhou’s low-altitude infrastructure development blueprint with implementation benchmarks, serving as operational models for national replication. Supporting systems include regulatory platforms, CNS (communication-navigation-surveillance) networks, meteorological sensors, electromagnetic monitoring arrays, noise abatement technologies, alongside airworthiness certifications and operational validation frameworks.
Our technical evaluation analyzed Suzhou's pilot infrastructure requirements across site selection, operational design, financing models, and risk mitigation, producing implementation guidelines for urban air mobility demonstration projects.
