Client: Suzhou Aviation Industry Group
Location:Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province
Work Period: March 2025 – September 2025
Service to Scope: Planning Consultation
This study develops Suzhou’s low-altitude infrastructure network integrating general aviation airports, VTOL hubs, and water aerodromes. Leveraging Taihu Lake and Yangcheng Lake's geographic advantages, the plan addresses aquatic emergency response and tourism service gaps through systematic water aerodrome development.
Site selection methodology evaluates hydrographic features, shoreline configurations, transportation networks, and airspace compatibility, establishing location prioritization matrices. Implementation roadmaps define phased construction timelines, functional zoning, and land use parameters aligned with industrial clusters and operational scenarios.
Our technical guidelines for aquatic aviation infrastructure, aligned with Suzhou’s 2024-2026 low-altitude economy policies, provide foundational frameworks for multi-modal aerial mobility networks, supporting standardized deployment of waterfront aviation assets.
