Service to Scope: Urban Design

Poised as the western gateway of Ningguo, the emerging stationfront area integrates rail, bus and metro networks into a catalytic urban hub. Our plan crystallizes its dual role as a regional transport nexus and sci-tech innovation cluster through "scenic-core-residential" zoning, forging ecological corridors that harmonize manufacturing upgrades with mountain-river landscapes.

The challenges of the project include urban design, transportation hub areas, and AI-assisted intelligent design. The planning focus is on how to continue to highlight the ecological and integrated characteristics of the mountain and water city, achieve the integration of industry and city, and help the quality and level of the area to leap forward. It aims to create a high-quality development growth pole for science and technology innovation in the west of Ningguo, and build a new model of integrated development of industry and city, city and tourism, and city and scenery.

The plan employs spatiotemporal analytics to decode population dynamics around the rail hub, builds multimodal transport matrices, and develops urban morphologies through digital twins. Crowd dynamics modeling informs hyperlocal placemaking strategies. For mid-sized cities, we craft "compact yet complete" districts blending workspaces, ecological corridors, and lifestyle hubs within walkable radii. This spatial coding achieves triple convergence: industrial clusters merging with cultural tourism assets, activating vibrant urban ecosystems through industry-tourism-ecology synergies that redefine lean growth paradigms.
