Shenyang Hunnan Sci-Tech City, a pivotal innovation hub in Northeast China, deploys a visionary design framework across eight thematic parks interconnected by a π-shaped water network. Tailored to surrounding land functionalities, user demographics, and site characteristics, these parks cultivate differentiated experiential landscapes encompassing office clusters, avant-garde sports facilities, celestial exploration zones, romantic wedding venues, ecological education centers, and agro-cultural tourism destinations.

     The project confronts dual challenges: acute ecological degradation and fragmented landscape planning. During the initial development phase, accelerated urbanization exacerbated environmental pressures, manifesting in ecologically unsound landscape designs that caused resource depletion and habitat fragmentation. Concurrently, the region's limited technological innovation capacity hindered alignment with eco-civilization imperatives.

     Guided by eco-civilization principles, the initiative implements smart ecological governance solutions integrating AI-powered monitoring systems and circular resource management protocols. Through quadruple innovation in strategic thinking, technological application, operational models, and institutional frameworks, it effectively resolves systemic bottlenecks in ecological rehabilitation. Outcomes include sustained improvement in environmental quality indices, optimized water resource utilization efficiency, and measurable enhancement of regional ecological carrying capacity.
