The project is located in the North District of Dayawan, Huizhou, Guangdong Province, as a landmark structure that enhances the area's urban image and reputation. Upon completion, it will offer a multifunctional, eco-friendly space with offices, meeting rooms, leisure areas, and commercial facilities, promoting local commerce and cultural exchange.

     The project faces challenges including a central core layout, multiple combinations, large spans, and super high-rise construction. As a super high-rise building, it adopts a central core layout, which means vertical transportation, equipment rooms, restrooms, and other service facilities are located at the center of the floor plan, while functional rooms and corridors are arranged around the periphery. The structural system consists of a frame-tube structure with rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular columns, using steel beams and steel truss deck slabs as the primary horizontal components.
