The China Gas Tower East China Headquarters is situated among established residential and office areas, with a planned commercial complex totaling 126,000㎡ (86,000㎡ above ground, 40,000㎡ below ground) that integrates offices, apartments, retail, and hotel functions.

     The project faces challenges from commercial operational needs and a lengthy development timeline, yet achieves efficient land use through multi-functional integration and improves operational efficiency with well-planned traffic systems, offering solutions for large-scale complex transportation issues.

     Our team analyzed the project’s economic benefits, space utilization, and energy performance, informing future designs. Emphasis is placed on flexible spatial design, enhanced public spaces, and adaptation to changing demands. Strengthening community connectivity and providing public and cultural services will further increase the project's social value and appeal.
