Located in the eastern new city of Anxin County near Baiyangdian tourist area amid a beautiful ecological setting, this digital creative tourism zone utilizes the landscape resources of the eastern Lindian area, focusing on the digital economy and integrating cultural creativity with digital technology to drive regional tourism development.

     The project addresses challenges such as meeting Three-Star Green Building standards, becoming an urban landmark, and developing a mixed-use complex with a total floor area of 78,000 sqm (53,000 above ground, 25,000 below) that includes offices, apartments, and commercial spaces. It achieves high-performance green standards with ultra-low energy passive design, employs renewable energy, high-efficiency lighting, and intelligent controls to reach 100% renewable utilization and meet carbon emission targets, setting a benchmark in sustainable development.

     The architectural form draws inspiration from the mythical Peng bird rising from water, symbolizing Anxin’s ecological diversity and serving as both an engine for industrial transformation and a forward-looking urban icon.
