Centered around its general aviation airport, this plan integrates airspace utilization with ground industrial clustering to cultivate new productive forces.

     Core Innovation lies in establishing an end-to-end industrial chain via a 3+2+2 industrial matrix (drone R&D, flight services, intelligent manufacturing + supporting sectors + digital platforms). Our aviation-specific planning methodology resolves three-dimensional spatial conflicts between air routes and urban infrastructure while enhancing regional aeronautical competitiveness.

     Leveraging air traffic simulation and manufacturing capacity analytics, we optimized the 280-hectare south zone for seamless vertical industry integration. This transforms Gaoyou into China's first low-altitude economy hub achieving airspace-digital twin interoperability.
