To develop a comprehensive transportation system that leads and supports the "one core, one center, dual axes, and three districts" urban spatial layout of Suzhou High-tech Zone, our team closely aligned with the ongoing revision of the Suzhou Comprehensive Transportation Plan to conduct the Suzhou High-tech Zone Urban Comprehensive Transportation Planning Study. Integrating local characteristics, the plan proposes a vision for an integrated transportation system that is "cohesive at both ends, balanced on two fronts, harmonious in pace, and well-suited for both land and water," blending international standards with local distinctiveness.

     The project produced a "1+5+9" planning achievement system, comprising one compilation of transportation status survey and analysis reports, five thematic reports on road nodes, rail transit, tourism transportation, passenger hubs, and parking, and nine special reports covering regional and external transportation, urban road networks, public transportation, passenger hubs, tourism transportation, parking facilities, non-motorized transportation, logistics and freight, and transportation management and informatization. The five thematic reports achieved land-use control depth and were incorporated into the Planning Bureau’s "One Map" management information system. The project received the Second Prize for Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievements in Jiangsu Province in 2015.
