Against the backdrop of clarified planning requirements and current regional development conditions, our team formulated a detailed research plan encompassing "gap identification and refinement at the planning level, seamless integration between upper and lower levels in design, low-carbon efficiency at the organizational level, and practical implementation at the control level." The plan specifically includes road network planning, public transportation planning, traffic organization, parking guidance, street guideline studies, and parcel access control research.

     The project focuses on the CBD area of the national-level Jiangbei New Area, with the goal of achieving more refined and implementable planning outcomes. Unlike traditional comprehensive transportation plans for urban districts, this plan addresses the transportation challenges specific to CBD development, concentrating on critical and difficult issues. It introduces innovative approaches in one-way traffic organization, street guidelines, and pre-control of parcel access in small blocks, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of implementation and outcomes.
