The Qinglong Greenbelt Park borders the Yangtze River scenic belt to the south and the Laoshan Mountain scenic area to the north. As the first major ecological landscape project in the district, it forms a "new bullseye" for Jinbei's development alongside key landmarks like the Civic Center, Nanjing Art Museum (New Wing.

     The project's challenges involve high-intensity development zones and the creation of a smart low-carbon eco-park, a meticulously designed high-quality modern park, and a large-scale multifunctional integrated park. Nestled in the most intensively developed zone, this green oasis is a rare treasure. Our vision: a diverse urban green space where city and nature coexist, blending natural, cultural, and futuristic elements. We explore innovative approaches to realize a "park + shared community" concept, meeting diverse social needs while fostering harmony between humans, nature, and the city. The goal is to create a high-quality living space, enhance this district’s global appeal, and establish an ecological landmark.
