This project operationalizes the "Global Connectivity via Logistics Hub" vision through integrated planning solutions. Our group has executed planning instruments encompassing the Commerce and Logistics Industrial Park Master Plan, Regulatory Detailed Plan, and Site-specific Implementation Plan, delivering comprehensive infrastructure upgrade solutions for railway networks, freight terminals, and municipal transport systems.

     The project pioneers concurrent regulatory-detailed and site-specific planning, executing precision land-use analysis across 680-ha rail-centric terrain. Cross-disciplinary coordination resolved utility corridor conflicts while catalyzing textile manufacturing and e-commerce logistics clusters through phased land readjustment.

     Leveraging industrial park planning expertise, we delivered zoning optimization matrices and infrastructure phasing strategies. This technical stewardship enabled targeted implementation of 23 anchor projects, achieving 91% land-use efficiency across specialized sector zones.
