The Huizhou-Zhaoqing Expressway Huicheng-Zengcheng Section runs through Huicheng, Boluo, and Zengcheng districts in Guangzhou and Huizhou, Guangdong, interchanging with Chang-Shen, Bo-Shen, Congguan-Shen, and Pearl River Delta Ring expressways, and crossing Ganzhou-Shenzhen, Guangshan, and Guangzhou-Shenzhen railways. This 65.468 km dual eight-lane expressway is designed for 120 km/h.

    The project faces challenges including massive investment, stringent environmental standards, complex land acquisition and relocation coordination, narrow corridors, and technical difficulties involving railway and waterway crossings. As a key segment of Guangdong’s "S18 Horizontal Line" in the expressway network, it is listed in Guangdong’s 2022 Key Construction Project Plan and policy-based development finance instrument agreements, serving as the first horizontal route in Huizhou’s "丰"‑shaped transport framework.

     This concession investment project is jointly developed, invested, and constructed by Poly Changda and Huashi Group for a 28-year operation period. Our design team delivers high-quality engineering services, leveraging proven expertise and extensive survey-design management experience to help ensure functional reliability while rationally controlling the project budget.
