G15 Shenhai Expressway Haikou Section project is a key construction project in Hainan Province, acting as the "last kilometer" for the G15 and G75 expressways in Hainan, and the sole link connecting Hainan's expressways to the national network, supporting the province's reform, opening-up, and customs closure operation. 

     The project faces challenges like legacy issues, complex pipeline ownership, difficult relocations, extensive bridge construction, strict quality standards, and demanding traffic maintenance. It is entirely elevated with a design speed of 80 km/h and a roadbed width of 33.5 meters, featuring four interchanges, six major bridges, 26 ramp bridges, a total bridge length of 23 km, and a deck area of 520,000 square meters.

     Our testing team provides high-quality inspection and consulting services, examining materials, tests, and on-site work to ensure quality, earning owner recognition and the Excellent Central Laboratory title from 2020 to 2022.
