The construction of the Jiangsu Provincial Monitoring Platform, serving as the "One Province One Platform" connected to the Ministry of Transport, integrates data from all long-span bridges including expressways like Sutong Bridge and Runyang Bridge, ordinary national and provincial highways, and rural roads.

     The project faces challenges in large-scale platform development, requiring multi-source data access, massive data transmission, and coordination among numerous participating units. The platform connects lower-level single-bridge monitoring platforms and the upper-level management platform of the Ministry of Transport, handling the integration and transmission of monitoring data while addressing difficulties in accessing, analyzing, and managing diverse platforms, protocols, and data, posing significant challenges in standard formulation and data integration.
