The construction of the Jiangyin-Jingjiang Yangtze River Tunnel project is highly significant for implementing the national strategies of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and Yangtze River Delta integrated development, accelerating the establishment of Jiangsu Province's comprehensive transportation system, addressing shortcomings in river-crossing facilities, promoting the construction of the Yangtze River City Cluster, facilitating cross-river integrated development of the Wuxi-Changzhou-Taizhou urban group, and alleviating traffic pressure on the Jiangyin Bridge crossing.
The project faces challenges in overcoming ultra-deep diaphragm wall construction difficulties, managing complex conditions of water-rich foundation pits, ensuring safe passage through multiple risk sources, and handling safety management for large-scale construction involving numerous workers.
The safety center team focuses on core aspects of risk pre-control and hazard management, enhancing the quality and level of safety management through whole-process professional safety technical services.
