Located in Hong Kong's Kwun Tong District, this 7km alignment with 9 planned stations provides convenient transit for northern upland areas, connecting MTR Choi Hung Station, Yau Tong Station, and major public transport interchanges. It serves over 300,000 residents with enhanced mobility options while reducing road congestion impacts.

The project addresses challenges in system selection and complex integration, overcoming tight curves and steep gradients (up to 8% slope) that push technological limits. The electric-powered system reduces carbon emissions supporting Hong Kong's carbon neutrality goals, with autonomous operation and real-time scheduling enhancing efficiency and passenger experience.

As mainland engineering consultants, our team adapts medium-low capacity rail standards to Hong Kong's requirements, conducting localized evaluations of transit systems (including SkyShuttle, ART, and RRT) informed by mainland experience to determine optimal solutions.
