The project is located on the south bank of the Ao River in Longgang City, Wenzhou, with a total length of 31.71 km. It is designed to withstand 100-year tidal events and has an approved estimated investment of nearly 5 billion yuan.

     The project faces significant challenges, including a lengthy construction period requiring meticulous planning and execution, as well as the need for multi-disciplinary integration and one-stop service provision, demanding exceptional coordination and comprehensive capabilities from the project team.

     To address the owner’s lack of professional staff and inefficient project management, the group leveraged its full qualifications, diverse expertise, and talent advantages to provide customized, high-quality services. These include project management, construction drawing review, bill of quantities preparation, tender agency services, on-site quantity verification, progress payment review, safety monitoring, and environmental conservation inspections during construction, offering end-to-end solutions to overcome management challenges during implementation.
