The project covers five townships and towns in Eryuan County, namely Niujie Township, Sanying Town, Cibi Lake Town, Youso Town, and Dunchuan Town. The total investment of this project is 112,360,300 yuan, including 90,804,900 yuan for engineering costs and 4,692,000 yuan for survey and design fees.

      The project faces dual challenges: tackling tech hurdles while handling extensive coordination and constraints; ultimately enhancing commercial performance. This project is an EPC general contracting project led by design. As the lead party, our institute completed all design, management, and financing deliverables on schedule. The project is now entering the final acceptance phase. Our performance earned owner recognition and secured a follow-up EPC contract valued at over ¥10 million for water infrastructure upgrades in Eryuan's Erhai Basin; we have successfully won the bid as the technical provider.
