The Ningyan Expressway spans three cities over 126 kilometers, serving as a key component for ecological conservation in the Jianghuai Ecological Economic Zone. It crosses one national ecological redline and six ecological control zones, with a dense water network along the route and high ecological sensitivity.
The core challenge involves building an advanced yet practical green low-carbon technology center to achieve energy savings, emission reduction, and sustainable development, while simultaneously advancing digitalization for efficient data collection, precise analysis, and smart application. These dual goals intertwine in resource allocation, technical coordination, and talent matching, increasing project complexity and difficulty.
The project team uses digital technology to enhance green low-carbon management, leveraging carbon emission monitoring and accounting to optimize construction practices. Initiatives like stock enhancement and bird observation station construction improve ecological protection and restoration efforts.
