This project is located on Plot 07-22 of the Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco-Tech Island Community Hub in Jiangxinzhou, Jianye District, Nanjing, covering an area of 16,527.07 square meters. It is bordered by Xingying Street to the south, Zhongxin Avenue to the west, and adjacent to Fazhan Waterway and Yuejin Waterway to the north and east, respectively.

      The project faces numerous challenges, with the most significant centered on sponge city design, as it requires not only a precise grasp of related concepts but also the coordination of various complex factors to achieve the desired stormwater management outcomes.

     The park features ecological treatment facilities that manage stormwater runoff from an 0.8 km² catchment through collection, storage, purification, and reuse. With distributed rain gardens, sunken greens, and grass swales, it achieves 90% annual runoff control and 80% non-point source pollution reduction. As a key node along the riverfront axis, the project creates a culturally and ecologically enriched open space that promotes the high-quality development of Jiangxinzhou Eco-Tech Island.
