The Changxi River in Langxi County, Anhui, spans 30.5 km with a 140 km² basin. Its integrated management project incorporates ecological restoration, agricultural pollution control, stormwater-sewage separation, and sponge city measures to establish a continuous ecological corridor and promote water conservation, economic growth, and public well-being.

     Focused on EOD implementation, the project addresses land constraints and urban-rural integration through comprehensive land improvement, high-standard farmland development, and village environment upgrades. It reduces non-point source pollution and creates a green demonstration zone for regional coordination.

     By leveraging local resources and eco-tourism, the project drives agro-tourism development, facilitates organic product distribution, and enhances the value of ecological products.
